SILK began as thread of an idea whilst I was working internationally between the UK and Iran, it was the crossing of borders and my childhood delight in tales told late into the night that ignited the idea of SILK.
SILK is a story about a brave young girl called Sadaf, who leaves the banks of the Caspian Sea in Iran to seek her fortune at the Grand Bazaar in China, with stories in her heart, a pouch of precious saffron and a map of the Silk Road.
