Classical Iranian Poetry and Contemporary Improvisation
As part of the 4th International Festival of Middle Eastern Spirituality and Peace this ZENDEH Laboratory will explore the poetry of the Khayam and Rumi through improvisation.
Working as a group under the direction of Iranian, Scottish based director Nazli Tabatabai-Khatambakhsh through devising you will explore these Iranian poets and create a series of creative responses.
Friday 2nd March 2007 10am - 12pm
Beginners: This lab is aimed at schools and students of drama 16+
Saturday 3rd March 10am - 12noon
Intermediate: This lab is aimed at Theatre practitioners, artists and students of theatre.
Saturday 3rd March 2pm - 4pm
Beginners: This lab is open to all.
